This is a review of a book entitled " ISIS: The State of Terror" by Jessica Stern and J. M. Berger. It traces the conditions under which ISIS emerged as well as the ideological innovations that the group uses to recruit huge numbers of fighters. In addition to that, it highlights the technological tools that the organization exploits on social media to broadcast its atrocities and recruit more people.Published
